Description  : Each tablet contains Thiamine Mononitrate (Vit;B1)USP 100mg, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride  (Vit;B6)USP 200mg, Cyanocobalamn (Vit;B12)USP 200mg. Presentation; Vitamin B1, B6& B12is a combination of Vitamin B1 (Thiamine), B6(Pyridoxine)& B12 (Cyanocobalamin). These vitamins play essential role as co-enzyme for the metabolism of nervous system. Thus this combination normalizes the never cell metabolism. Vitamin B1, B6& B12supports the regeneration of never fibers and myelin sheath by activation of the natural repair mechanism. The combination of these vitamins shows better efficacy than that of the individual components. In addition, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B6 & Vitamin B12 promote body’s own repair mechism and work in pain management. Indications &Uses : Vitamin B1, B6& B12is indicated for the treatment of Vitamin B1, Vitamin B6 & Vitamin B12 deficiency syndrome. It is also indicated in the treatment of ; Diabetic nruropathy, Facial neuralgia, Sciatca. Dosage and administration; 1-3 tablets per day or as directed by the physician. Side- effects; Very rarely hypersensitivity  disturbance may occur . Contraindications; It should not be used in patients on levodopa therapy.
Precautions : This combination (Vitamin B1+Vitamin B6+Vitamin B12) should be avoided in case of hypersensitivity to thiamine, cobalt or any ony other component of these ingredients. Cyanocobalamin should not be given befor a diagnosis has been fully established because of the masking symptoms of sub acute degeneration of the spinal cord. Use in pregnancy; No risks have become known associated with the use of Vitamin B1, B6& B12during pregnancy at the recommended dose.
Use in lactating mother:It is not known whether thiamine (Vitamin B1) is excreted in breast milk or not, but may be taken cautiously during lactation, Vitamin B6 &Vitamin B12 have no adverse effect during lactation. Children; Vitamin B1, B6& B12should not be the given to the children due to the high content of vitamin B complex. Drug Interactions; Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) reduces therapeutic effect of levodopa but it doses not occur if a dopa decarboxylase inhibitor is also given, Neomycin, chloramphenicol, aminosalicylic acid & histamine (H2) receptor antagonist may reduce Vitamin B12 absorption. Overdose; If there is known  overdose then treatment is symptomatic and supportive.
Storage: Store in a cool and dry place, protect from light.
